Your delivery details

📦 Standard delivery: 10–20 business days. FREE on orders over R700, and R100 on smaller orders.

📲 Tracking: you'll get a tracking email as soon as your parcel ships, or you can track your order here.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Busy times like Black Friday and December can add a few extra days.

💡 Gifting tip: order at least 3 weeks before a birthday or special occasion so your gift arrives in time.

🤍 Returns

Changed your mind?

You can return unused, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. For hygiene reasons, brushes, sponges and makeup remover pads can only be returned if they're still sealed. For change-of-mind returns, the cost of sending the item back is for your account.

Something wrong with your order?

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please let us know within 48 hours of delivery and we'll make it right, whether that's a replacement or a full refund. No hassle, promise.

If a mirror or tool develops a fault within 6 months through normal use, we'll repair, replace or refund it, and we'll cover the return costs.

How to start a return

Email us at warmwhisper.beauty@gmail.com with your order number (and a photo if something's wrong) and we'll take it from there. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 business days of us receiving the item.
