Where we deliver
We deliver to street addresses anywhere in South Africa.
Delivery cost
- Free delivery on orders of R700 or more
- R100 flat rate on orders under R700
Your delivery cost is shown at checkout before you pay.
Delivery time
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 working days. Delivery then takes 10 to 20 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Busy periods such as Black Friday and December can add a few days.
Tracking
Once your order has shipped, we email you a tracking number so you can follow it to your door. If you have not received tracking within 5 working days of ordering, please contact us at warmwhisper.beauty@gmail.com.
Missing or late parcels
If your order has not arrived within 20 working days, contact us with your order number and we will track it down for you. If a parcel is lost in transit, we will send a replacement or give you a full refund.
Wrong address
Please double-check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us within 12 hours of ordering and we will do our best to update it before it ships.
